FAQ's

Our aim is to provide you with great customer service. Please read through our FAQ's should you need further info.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders will only be processed once payment reflects in our bank accounts. Once payment has been received orders requiring shipping will be delivered by courier within 3 to 21 days. If you would prefer to collect your order from our offices please contact us to make arrangements. 

Orders are delivered by courier, Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays), between 9am and 4pm. Please ensure that you provide a correct delivery address where you or someone else will be available to receive your package.

All products not requiring shipping (online consultations, courses, services, etc.) will be processed as soon as payment reflects in our bank account. You will receive communication via email within 3 days thereafter. Should you not receive an email within the specified time frame please contact us.

Shipping Fees

Our standard shipping rate is R99 per order, please take note of the following exclusions where Surcharges apply before placing your order:

Orders over 2kg - R20.00 per kg thereafter

Chainstore, Embassy, Government departments - R455.00

Remote plots, Farms, Power stations, etc - R230.00

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

There is no returns, refunds or exchanges on our online/electronic consultations, courses and services.

All physical products will be evaluated on a case by case basis for an exchange or credit note. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us on orders@nickybconsulting.co.za within 48 hours of receipt of your order should you wish to return it for a credit note or exchange.

Please do not return items before communicating with us and receiving an approval email from us. We evaluate items for return on a case by case basis and will provide you with an outcome thereafter.

Please note that Courier Fees for returns will be at your own expense. Alternatively items can be dropped at our offices by prior arrangement.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled before payment is made or before the order has been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel an order. 

Out of Stock Items

Should an item be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative suggestions where possible.
