Returns, Refunds and Exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. Please email us with your request within 3 days of receipt of your order. Only items that are unused, in the same condition and packaging will be considered. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome via email. An email stating the problem together with images of the product must be sent to email@example.com. Should you request be granted we will notify you by email to return the items to us. Please note that the courier costs are for your own expense. Please do not return any items if you have not received authorisation and approval via email from us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our online/electronic consultations, services, courses, workshops, etc.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or credit notes as determined on a case by case basis.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Only regular priced items may be considered for an exchange or credit note, no sale items.
Instructions for returning a product will be emailed to you should it be approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
